The User will indemnify the Company against all types of losses and damages incurred by the Company due to any action taken by TRAI, access providers (as per TRAI regulations) or any other authority due to any erroneous complaint raised by the User on the Company with respect to the communications mentioned above or due to a wrong number or email id being provided by the User for any reason whatsoever.
In addition to the registration and creation process for Account (as provided above), Business Users are required to register themselves by providing the following details:

Coreyo is only a marketplace for courier service providers and the Users and any grievance being raised before the Grievance Officer shall not be construed in any way to mean that We provide such Services herein. The courier service providers are not employees or agents of the Company and consequently We shall not be held liable for their actions or inactions. The Grievance redressal office shall merely co-ordinate with the Courier Partner and attempt to resolve the issue raised by the user. The grievance redressal office may within a reasonable time respond to the queries or issues raised by the user.
Submissions and Feedback: You acknowledge and agree that all questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information regarding Coreyo and/or Services listed therein (“Submissions) provided by You to or via Us or Coreyo and/or Services are non-confidential and We (as well as any of our designee) shall be entitled to an unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to You.
In the event of a complaint been filed against the User or dispute been raised in relation to the shipment(s) made by the User, the User hereby agrees, provides his consent and further authorizes Us to share his/her relevant details and documents (including but not limited to business/registered name(s), phone number(s), address(es), email-id(s), bank account details, KYC documents, etc.) with the concerned judicial authority, court, police, complainant, etc. (as the case may be).
